What changed

777 edits to 35 pages between 29 August 2026 and 11 September 2026. 346 of them were committed with a description and are listed below; the rest were not, and are counted in the table.

Every page states at its foot when its data was last written. This states when the page was last edited, which is a different date: the prose, the drawings and the code change on their own schedule, and a reader who cited a sentence in August has no other way to learn that the sentence has since been rewritten.

The record is this repository’s commit history, read each time the site is built. A page counts as its own markup plus the scripts under assets/ that it loads, so an edit to the 76 KB script behind the steamboat game is an edit to that page. Two of those scripts are the site’s furniture rather than part of any page — the accessibility helper that runs on thirty-three pages, and the lake ribbon drawn at the top of nine — and their edits are not counted against each page that carries them. The daily data rebuild is not counted either: it moves every page at once, and each page carries its own data date.

Four of the build’s own scripts rewrite every page whenever they run — the date stamp at the foot, the site bar, the description and social card, and the dates in the worked citations on About. Both versions of a page are compared with those blocks removed, so a rebuilt stamp is not reported as a change to thirty-four pages.
